Managing Director
Shannon Wip is an experienced project and operations professional with over 10 years of work experience in national and international organizations, including the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Throughout her career she has built extensive expertise in project execution, monitoring, procurement support, and client relationship management. Her expertise also extends to project activities, design, risk management, and contributed to policy development for the Civil Society of Suriname, among others.
Operations Director
Maureen Baynath is an experienced professional in operations and procurement, with over 15 years of national and international experience in both the public and private sectors. As the Operations Director at Synergy 360 NV, she is responsible for the strategic management of operations, process optimization, and the oversight of procurement and supply chain activities in Suriname and Guyana. Throughout her career, Maureen has successfully led multisectoral projects in areas such as education, urban development, energy, water, health, and agriculture, often funded by international development banks such as the IDB, CDB, and IsDB. She is known for her expertise in setting up procurement departments, guiding complex tender procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving impactful operational improvements. Before she started at Synergy 360, she served as the Procurement Consultant at the IDB in Suriname.
